1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and phcasj ("Platform," "Casino," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the domain phcasj.cam. By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by phcasj, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using phcasj services and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law. Players from restricted territories (as defined by applicable regulations) are prohibited from accessing phcasj services.
• Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted only one (1) account on phcasj. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or employing account manipulation techniques constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
• Third-Party Prohibition: You may not allow any third party to access or use your phcasj account. All account activity is your sole responsibility.

phcasj reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment verification) at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use phcasj services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly to maintain accuracy.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcasj account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other online services
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify phcasj of any unauthorized account access or security breach
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices

phcasj shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. All account activity conducted under your credentials will be deemed authorized by you, and you shall be responsible for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made through your account.

3.3 Account Verification

phcasj implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our verification process, we may require you to submit:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license)

4. Deposits and Payments

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

You agree that:

• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to you personally
• You will not use phcasj for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Payment methods must be registered in your legal name and match your phcasj account details
• Deposits made through third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited

4.2 Deposit Processing

phcasj strives to process deposits instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and third-party payment processor availability. phcasj shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or external financial institutions.

4.3 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit error has occurred, you must notify phcasj customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction. phcasj will investigate all reported discrepancies and resolve legitimate errors within a reasonable timeframe. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be honored.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Request

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically ₱200)
• Wagering requirements on bonuses must be satisfied
• Withdrawal method must match a previously used deposit method (anti-money laundering requirement)

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits are as follows (subject to change without notice):

• Daily Limit: ₱100,000 per day for verified accounts
• Weekly Limit: ₱500,000 per week
• Monthly Limit: ₱2,000,000 per month

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

phcasj does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount or ₱50, whichever is greater. Third-party payment processor fees are the responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

phcasj offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Key provisions include:

• Coordinated betting patterns with other Players

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on phcasj utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by phcasj or Players.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods
• Engaging in chip dumping, fraud, or other forms of cheating
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access phcasj source code

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, confiscation of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

7.3 Game Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, phcasj reserves the right to void affected bets and winnings. All affected Players will be notified, and original stakes will be refunded to account balances. phcasj's liability is limited to the return of original stakes; we shall not be liable for any consequential damages or lost winnings resulting from technical errors.

8. Responsible Gaming

phcasj's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and phcasj, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the award shall be final and binding.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.
